The Housing Connection offers a unique and personal service based on our extensive knowledge and experience of property management and housing. We have over 30 years of business and housing related experience. Much of that has been gained working at senior levels for large organisations.
The Housing Connection is owned and managed by Nick Melling. Nick has 35 years of management experience, the last 10 carrying out consultancy and interim management assignments for housing associations, ALMOs and contractors.
Nick was educated at Imperial College, London University and is a chartered engineer. After a successful career in construction he switched to housing in 2003 and has held senior roles at leading maintenance & planned works contractors.
